However, long before the arrival of the Croats, ancient peoples built their settlements here and erected monuments. With the development of the island, at the end of the last century, opportunities for the development of tourism were opened, so today tourism along with fishing is the most important industry.<\/p>\n<p>It is an island of beautiful olive groves, old traditional stone houses, and sandy beaches.<\/p>\n<p>It is connected by a bridge with the island of Ugljan and a ferry line with Biograd.
